Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail or a message on your phonewith the tracking number of package.It will be shipped via Aramex. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within three to seven business days depending on your location.
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. FARAH SEIF is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur.
All returns need to be made within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item , please follow the procedure below:
1. Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, your address and your order number. The store does not accept any refund, however we do provide store credit.
2. After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorising you to send us back the products. The emails will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn and in their original packaging. Note: You will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes.
3. Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with store credits or coupon number usable within 30 days.
In the event of receiving an item with a genuine fault, please report this fault to us immediately. At this point you may be offered a refund or a replacement. If a replacement is chosen then we will ship this to you at our own expense.
Please allow 10 business days to receive back the amount.
We don't allow Exchange for the following:
-Products that have the label removed
-Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or appear washed
- Products that marked or damaged in any way
