Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Farah Seif purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request through our returns portal:

  1. Enter your order number and email address, then select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with the next steps and shipping instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your exchange, refund, or store credit accordingly.

Exchanges

Orders within Egypt
Exchanges are arranged through our courier partner. The replacement item(s) will be delivered to your address, and the item(s) being exchanged should be handed to the courier at the time of delivery.

International Orders
Once your exchange request has been approved, we will provide a return address. Upon receiving the item(s), we will dispatch the replacement item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with international exchanges.

Returns

Orders within Egypt
We will arrange for a courier to collect the item(s) being returned.

International Orders
Please contact us to arrange the return of your item(s) to one of our warehouses. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with international returns.

Once the returned item(s) have been received and approved, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Return Eligibility

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not show any signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items with tags removed
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items carrying the scent of perfume, deodorant, or any other fragrance

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Online Payments
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery purchases, please provide your bank account details so we can process your refund.

Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed and reflected in your account.
