REFUND AND EXCHANGE

All returns need to be made within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item , please follow the procedure below:

FOR EXCHANGES:

Domestic orders: We will arrange for our courier service to deliver the desired item/s for the exchange to your location. Kindly prepare the item/s you wish to exchange and hand them over to the courier upon delivery of the exchanged pieces.


International orders: We will send you a delivery address privately to which you will send the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Upon receipt of your item(s), we will promptly proceed to dispatch your selected piece(s) to you.

 

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for shipping costs and taxes. 

 

FOR RETURNS 

Our company policy entails arranging for a courier to pick up the item/s for return for orders in Egypt. For international orders, please contact us to arrange the return of the products to one of our warehouses. Upon receipt of the returned item/s, we will promptly initiate the refund process.

 1. Submit an Exchange/Return request through the following link https://farahseif.com/a/returns.

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 2. After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorising you to send us back the products or to schedule a pick-up. Note: You will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duties and taxes.

 3. Upon receipt of your products, we will provide you with a full refund/store credit.

Please allow 10 business days to receive back the amount.

 We don't allow Exchange for the following:

 -Products that have the label removed

-Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or appear washed

Products that marked or damaged in any way

Our exchange team will assist you with your request step by step until its resolved.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
    For online payments: your refund will appear on the same card used when purchasing.
    For Cash On Delivery: Please send us your bank details so we can proceed with your refund.
  • The refund process takes up to 14 working days.
