SHIPPING
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. You will receive another email once your order has been processed and shipped. All our products are shipped from Egypt via Aramex. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 4-8 business days for orders within Egypt and 8-14 business days for International orders. 

Please note that our policy does not typically allow trying on items or returning them with the delivery person. However, in certain situations, we may be able to make exceptions.

CUSTOMS
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. Farah Seif is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

CASH ON DELIVERY
We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders WITHIN EGYPT.

For international orders, please choose the online payment option provided by Paymob. You can pay online using Mastercard & Visa.
