Shipping

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

Orders within Egypt are shipped via Bosta and are typically delivered within 4–8 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL and are typically delivered within 10-15 business days.

Please note that our policy does not generally allow items to be tried on or returned directly to the delivery courier. However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations. Farah Seif is not responsible for any additional customs charges, duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority prior to placing your order to determine any applicable landed costs.

Payment Methods

For orders within Egypt, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD), online payments using Mastercard, Visa and Apple Pay. As well as installment payments through Valu and Sympl.

For international orders, payment must be completed online. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Apple Pay.
