SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. You will receive another email once your order has been processed and shipped. All our products are shipped from Egypt via Aramex. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 3-6 business days for orders within Egypt and 8-14 business days for International orders. 

It is important to note that it is prohibited by our shipping company to try on your item/s when the delivery person is present and attempt to send back the item/s with them. 

If you wish to exchange/return your item/s, please fill out the exchange form provided to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

CUSTOMS
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. Farah Seif is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

CASH ON DELIVERY
We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders WITHIN EGYPT that DO NOT exceed 10,000 EGP!

For international orders or orders exceeding 10,000 EGP, please choose the online payment option provided by Paymob. You can pay online using mastercard & visa. 

** Placing an international order or an order exceeding 10,000 EGP and choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout may result in your order being cancelled.
