How do I exchange/return my item/s?
Domestic orders: We will send you a courier with your desired item/s for the exchange. Please send the item/s you'd like to exchange with the same delivery person.
International orders: Please send us the product/s to the following address:

We will then ship out your desired items to you.
IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for shipping costs and taxes.
Please send us the product/s within 7 days to the address that will be sent to you once your return has been approved.

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and taxes.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
For online payments: your refund will appear on the same card used when purchasing.
For Cash On Delivery: Please send us your bank details so we can proceed with your refund.
- The refund process takes up to 14 working days.
